简易营养晚餐(组图)
 

有时候没有什么主意做晚餐, 就随便做做, 不过营养还是要考虑. 

 将鸡肉切成条

 将鸡肉炒熟, 加入木耳, 酱油, 盐, 淀粉, 水.

和面条混合, 加入烫熟的青菜.

将汤汁倒入烫熟的白菜.

 An easy dinner is done.
